Review Process

  • The International Conference on Green Technology, Manufacturing and Sustainable Development 2026 (ICGTMSD 2026) invites original, unpublished research contributions with strong relevance to the conference themes.
  • Submission, review, revision, and camera-ready deadlines will be strictly adhered to.
  • All papers will undergo an initial desk review by the Editorial Board; those not meeting quality, scope, or formatting requirements will be rejected without external peer review.
  • All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening using standard similarity detection tools such as iThenticate and/or Turnitin. Manuscripts must have a similarity index below 12% and should not contain AI-generated content. If plagiarism, excessive similarity, or unauthorized AI-generated material is identified at any stage of the review, publication, or post-publication process, the manuscript will be rejected or removed from the conference proceedings. In such cases, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • The review process will be double-blind; author names and affiliations must not appear in the initial submission.
  • Self-references must be written in the third person; any attempt to reveal author identity will result in summary rejection.
  • Evaluation will be based on originality, technical depth, correctness, relevance, contribution, and clarity of presentation.
  • Acceptance decisions will be communicated via the submission portal, and accepted papers must be revised strictly according to reviewer feedback before submission of the final camera-ready version.
  • The Editorial Board’s and Publisher’s decisions on acceptance and publication will be final.
  • Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in the "Advances in Engineering Research" book series published by Atlantis Press, part of Springer Nature, subject to meeting the publisher's quality and formatting requirements.

Mode of Presentation & Revisions

Mode of Presentation:

ICGTMSD 2026 will be held in hybrid mode, with authors presenting their papers either in person at the conference venue or online, as per their preference and convenience. The proceedings and certificates will be sent to the corresponding authors through the post in case of an online presentation. However, all matters related to publication and indexing will remain unchanged.

Revisions and Camera-Ready Submission:

  • If your paper is accepted with revisions, carefully address the reviewers’ comments and revise your paper accordingly.
  • Submit the final camera-ready version of your paper by the specified deadline.
