Admission Procedures

 WBJEE / JEE Main 10+2 standard or equivalent with Physics & Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry / Biology / Bio technology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks and having minimum 45% marks in the above subjects (40% for reserve category) and at least 30% marks in English + valid score / rank in WBJEE / JEE Main in the current Academic year.

 Diploma &B.Sc Degree holders having at least 45% marks (40% for reserve category) with/without valid JELET score. Pass marks in XII standard in Mathematics in case of B.Sc Degree holders.

 Candidates should have minimum 35% marks in aggregate from class 10th Standard from any recognised board. Candidates with valid JEXPO rank will be preferred.

 Candidates should qualify 10+2 examination from WBSCT&VE&SD or qualify the 2 years NCVT approved ITI with atleast 60% marks along with valid VOCLET rank (preferable).

  Photographs: a. 12(Twelve) copies colour Passport size. b. 05 (Five) copies colour Stamp size.

  Admit card of WBJEE / JEE MAIN (Original).
  Seat allotment certificate from central selection committee (Original).
  Migration Certificate (Original) in case of passed from the board other than WBCHSE.
  Age proof certificate (Birth Certificate/Madhyamik/10th std. admit card).
  Madhyamik /10th Level Pass Certificate and Marks sheet/Grade card.
  H.S /12th Std Pass Certificate and Marks sheet/Grade card.
 Medical fitness Certificate obtained from the Medical centre authorized by the Institute.
 Power of glass Certificate (if applicable), not earlier than one month on the date of Admission from an Eye Specialist.
 SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate (if applicable) from the competent authority.
 Character certificate in original from the Head of the Institution last attended.
 Voter Card / Adhar Card of Candidate and Parents both.
 Domicile Certificate from Competent Authority.
 Medical fitness Certificate obtained from the Medical centre authorized by the Institute.
 Power of glass Certificate (if applicable), not earlier than one month on the date of Admission from an Eye Specialist.
 ANTI RAGGING Format Affidavit by Student.
 ANTI RAGGING Format Affidavit by Guardian.

  Admit card of JELET (Original).

Payment of fees can be done by demand draft in the name of “ABACUS INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT COLLECTION ACCOUNT” PAYABLE AT ‘KOLKATA’ or by wire transfer directly to the AIEM Bank Account Number. Details for wire transfer are mentioned bellow.
